Outside the engine: The MG4, on sale in Europe since 2022, mainly accumulates electronics complaints: 12 V battery drain and, the most frequently cited issue, the central screen freezing. Charging faults are assessed under its electric drivetrain. Autopista adds that adaptive cruise control and lane keeping can act abruptly or be overly sensitive. We have found no Safety Gate recall for the MG4 up to this review.[1][2][4][5]
