Is the 2.2 JTDm Multijet II reliable?

Alfa Romeo's 2.2 diesel (Giulia and Stelvio) has a good reputation: a German guide rates it as very reliable and a 210 hp Stelvio covered 100,000 km in a test without any faults. The sources mainly record leaks and oil consumption, the odd particulate filter and EGR case, and two one-off campaigns: the fuel filter gasket (2018 Giulia) and the alternator cable next to the EGR pipe (2017-2018 Stelvio).^{[1][2][3][4][5][6]}

Is the 2.2 MultiJet / BlueHDi (Stellantis) reliable?

The 2.2 diesels of Stellantis's large vans (BlueHDi DW12 in the Boxer, Jumper and Movano; Multijet 3 in the Ducato) are recent engines with no fault statistics of their own.
